Midday today …after Andrew & Michel (ably supported by Hilary & Jean) completed their second ride together. Michel suffered a stroke about 10 months ago & has some residual balance issues. A keen cyclist, he has taken on the challenge of stoker aiming to improve balance reactions….and returning to the joy of cycling!
Route: Added to toll bridge & return (as first time) we continued to the weir & turned at the junction with Darville in Castlefields then return to greyfriars.
