Our last “Pedal in the Park” is scheduled this coming Saturday, 7th October, 10am - 3pm, opposite the Stop Café, Shrewsbury Quarry (SY1 1XN).
We look forward to seeing familiar and new faces. See and try out one of our recumbent cycles or ride stoker on a tandem, join in with the conversation, and let us know if you would like to join our social rides.
Also, we are hoping to start up a new adaptive cycling opportunity and would like to involve input from anyone who has experience of Parkinson’s. Evidence to illustrate there are lots of benefits of cycling for people with Parkinson’s - let’s take advantage of local facilities and expertise. Any interest/discussion will be valuable to us. Any suggestions with this project will be greatly appreciated.
