C4AS are supporting the SSV open weekend, offering tandem rides and training to ride a tandem (fore or rear!) In view of the somewhat uninviting weather forecast & to avoid long periods in the cold etc C4AS will set up a stand within the main sports village building, be available to talk ‘all things cycling’ especially inclusive cycling for those unable to ride a conventional bike!

As part of the ‘free weekend’ there’s a cycle-spinning class 9-10am (pre-booking suggested), and access to the new Box-12, fitness suites, trampolining and newly installed soft-play areas. The smoothie-bike and bananas will be at the ready too! It's a great opportunity to share thoughts & ideas (old & new!) for the coming season and support SSV as they’ve been refreshing facilities & replacing equipment.
